Company Overview
A boutique company built around personal accountability.
Overland serves homeowners throughout Los Angeles and surrounding communities. The company specializes in residential projects that require thoughtful planning, coordinated design and construction, careful material selection, and consistent project oversight.
Clients work directly with Shahar from the first consultation through the final walkthrough. There is no sales-team handoff and no rotating project manager between the homeowner and the person responsible for the work. Overland intentionally takes on a limited number of projects so each remodel receives direct attention.
The goal is a more organized remodeling experience with one experienced point of contact, clear communication, high-end craftsmanship, and decisions made around the homeowner’s space, priorities, and design direction.
