This Wilshire Corridor high-rise kitchen remodel in Los Angeles was designed to deliver a clean, sophisticated space that maximizes both functionality and modern elegance within a condo setting. High-rise living presents unique challenges, and our goal was to create a kitchen that feels open, refined, and highly efficient while adhering to building regulations and space constraints.
The design features crisp white shaker-style cabinetry paired with frosted glass upper cabinets, creating a bright and airy aesthetic. This combination not only enhances visual openness but also adds a subtle layer of depth and texture. The cabinetry layout was carefully planned to maximize storage while maintaining a streamlined and uncluttered appearance.
Quartz countertops with natural veining were selected to bring durability and timeless appeal to the space. The countertops extend seamlessly into a functional workspace, complementing the stainless steel undermount sink and modern faucet. Paired with a sleek gray subway tile backsplash, the materials create a cohesive palette that blends contemporary style with classic influences.
High-end stainless steel appliances were integrated throughout the kitchen, offering both performance and a polished look. Under-cabinet lighting was installed to enhance visibility and highlight the backsplash, while recessed ceiling lighting ensures the entire space is evenly illuminated.
Given the high-rise environment, special attention was paid to logistics, HOA requirements, and building regulations. Our team coordinated every phase of the project—from planning and material delivery to installation—ensuring a smooth and efficient remodeling process with minimal disruption.
