This Santa Monica Two Story ADU project was designed as a more complete vertical living solution, using two levels to create a functional ADU with strong separation between daily living and private spaces.
The project balances exterior presence, efficient interior planning, bedroom comfort, bathroom function, kitchen/living flow, and the details that make a compact home feel complete.
